Keeping On

I feel like it’s been an eternity since Life in Transit.

A week back in Manila just equated to another crazy wave of things to work on. This is me trying to keep on with it no matter what.

Life, lately, in squares:

Okay, in fairness, I missed my messy desk.

I went back to the office last Tuesday so I spent my Monday trying to ease back to reality + had a meeting with one of my close friends and managers, Fons.

As much as I know I do most of my projects alone, I always need advice and that push to keep me going – so it’s Fons & Tricie who supervise me with my freelance/workshop life. So grateful for these two!

My weeknights were all spent doing chalkboard art or meeting up with different people for project updates and whatnots. I never got home at 8pm and I end up famished every night. Which is toxic, really.

I’m also particularly glad my mom volunteered to do errands for me – she printed out lesson plans and other materials I need for the coming weeks! Yay.

I spent one night in Craft Katipunan whipping up ideas and planning the rest of the weeks. I wished the New Manila branch was as big.

Capped off my week with a lettering workshop for a bridal shower. It’s funny how they’re particularly wholesome for this event, but I’m glad they learned how to hone their creative lettering skills!

I’m also super glad I got to catch up with some friends yesterday and watched What If. I think that was my only break from life. Hahaha.

I’m super super super sorry my posts at the moment are super weird and dysfunctioned, but I’m fixing out my content calendar already so expect more decent ones in the coming weeks. :) My new home is in the works also, so I’m pretty stoked to give you guys a peek soon!

Hope everyone’s having a stress-free weekend, unlike me!
