Project Life: Memory Keeping to the Next Level

July 15, 2014 Filed Under: Sponsored Post 0 Comments

I’ve always had a thing for scrapbooking ever since my elementary years. That, and journaling have both been keeping track of my life story over the years – it’s a tedious process but I like to constantly do it because it helps me take everything in and take the time to write down my thoughts and the stories that come with every experience I come across.

Last June, I was able to attend Life Documented Manila‘s memory-keeping workshop using Project Life, a pocket scrapbooking solution created by Becky Higgins.

I chose the Seafoam collection and I’m really loving the color scheme – it’s very vibrant yet minimalistic.

Snippets of my album:

Pinky of LDM says punching in small tokens such as cup warmers help make the album look more personalized. I doodled this in college during a long morning at Starbucks.

This is the “work” spread I made. I talked about my two jobs – as a digital planner for an advertising agency and as a freelance letterer.

Luckily, LDM was selling square plastic sheets so obviously I got myself some to put in some of my Instagram photos.

Above are some pages that are still a work in progress. I told myself that I’d update every so often (probably once in a month) to keep track of my life, so far. Also a good excuse to avoid the hustle and bustle I usually encounter on weekdays, lol.

Thanks again to the awesome team of Life Documented Manila for having me during your workshop last June! You can check out a recap of June’s workshop here.

They’re having an upcoming one this July 19th – slots are limited so if you’d like to try out Project Life, sign up here! Check back on their blog and Facebook as well for updates on new stocks of Project Life and other craft materials.
